Nittaya's Secret Kitchen is a rarity in Thai restaurants. We are a fine dinning restaurant with food that has been placed in the top 100 of the world. Our server staff must maintain a high level of professionalism. Greet all guests with enthusiasm. Have a full knowledge of our award winning cuisine and extensive wine lists. They must be proactive and have an ability to be self motivated. They must be able to not only answer guest questions but turn questions into suggestions. They have to show enthusiasm and professionalism for our food and guests needs. They have to maintain a uniform that projects the image of a professional with a personality. Our servers must be professional toward coworkers in a small, and fast paced environment. They must maintain a clean, safe, and stocked workplace. Our servers must have a good grasp on spoken English, be 21 years old, and be physically able to stand and walk for 6-10 hours.
